The week was fairly uneventful except for a (failed) job interview and a friends birthday party, until 19th May when I went to Venice!
This week saw my attempts at getting a job in Florence and experiencing Eurovision from another country!
I kicked off May with a brand new haircut!
The tenth week of my time in Florence fell in the last week of April. I got to explore Pisa and a little more of Florence whilst also celebrating a birthday and experiencing some interesting Spanish music!
This week included a picnic in the Cascine park, a gelato festival in Piazzale Michelangelo and a rainy day in Cinque Terre!
This week I finally got to visit Rome! I had been there before when I was 14 for a school trip but this was the first time I was allowed free reign to see whatever I wanted and I loved it!
I spent one day of this week (3rd – 9th April) not with my family, it was so nice to spend so much time with them and get a break from the full on nature of my time in Florence so far.
This week started with friends and ended with family, involving the usual mix of gelato, aperitivos and pizza!
Week five of my time in Florence saw me consuming scary volumes of pizza and doing something fun six nights out of seven! I loved it!
Okay this is horrendously late, I apologise. The weeks are really getting away with me! However, I didn’t want to miss out a week so you will just have to deal with a lot of backlog haha!
Here’s what I got up to in my fourth week in Florence (13th – 19th March).
